Reservation Terms and Conditions
Any person entering the premises do so entirely at his/her own risk. Neither the owner, management nor any employees shall be held responsible or liable in any way for injuries to any person or for the loss or damage of the abovementioned person’s personal property.
To reserve the date for your function, 50% of the quote must be paid.
Proof of payment needs to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Final payment is required atleast one week before the date of the function.
Venue is subject to availiability of confirmation date.
Confirm final number of guests 7 working days before the function.
All sand pit toys, tables, chairs, cutlery, break ware and decoration will remain the property of The Olive Tree.
In the event that any items are damaged, destroyed or lost for any reason whatsoever, the client will be liable for the full replacement cost thereof.
Children should be under parents supervision at all times, and should not be allowed to harass animals, damage the THE Olive Tree garden and play area or be left alone in the nursery.
Children over the age of 8 will not be allowed to jump on the trampoline due to the weight limit.
Please note that on Saturdays the gate will be locked at 15:00 and at 17:00 during the weekdays. Therefore all functions will strictly end 30 min prior to closing for clean up.
Property of The Olive Tree is not allowed to leave the premises.
A table of more than 14 persons will be required to have a set menu lay out or have to choose one of the package options.
All group reservations and personalized menus and packages are confirmed and finalized on email.
You are allowed to bring your own kiddies birthday cake, please notify us in advance.
No food or drinks will be allowed to be brought from the outside.
A corkage fee of R60.00 will be charged for outside alcohol beverages.
Cakes and food are made by us and needs to be ordered in advance.
Your own decorations are most welcome.
